Tonia is a Director at KPMG Greece, in the People Services Advisory unit. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, 15+ of which in leadership roles, she brings deep expertise in employee development and organizational effectiveness. Tonia specializes in Talent Management services, demonstrating in-depth know-how in competency-based assessments (Assessment / Development Centers, 360 Feedback programs etc), formulation of personal development plans and in the design of career paths. She is also responsible for KPMG Intelligence Lab, overseeing the design and implementation of training courses for key Greek and multinational companies. She supervises the outplacement services provided to employees in transition and she also possesses extensive knowhow in people related corporate governance issues, supporting Board Members and Committees in fulfilling their responsibilities.

With over twenty years of experience, he has collaborated with leaders in 18 countries, led internationally recognised studies, and contributed to the European Commission’s industrial policy. Whether in a boardroom, research lab, university, or global stage, he focuses on clarifying complexity, aligning product strategy with market realities, and shaping organisational capabilities that match evolving industries and technologies. Michalis brings 15 years of international experience in sales and sales training, having coached executives across industries. Recently named in the "Top 20 under 40" in Training by HR Professional, he serves as a Sales Enablement Manager for SALEScope, where he leads strategy, seminar design, and impact evaluation. His expertise spans the creation of educational programs and experiential workshops—delivered in-person, digitally, or blended—tailored to leadership teams and employees at all levels. His training covers Sales Management, Sales Techniques, Sales Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Objection Handling, and Insurance Sales. Michalis also develops full-scale training academies, including strategic planning, role definition, promotion paths, needs assessments, and e-learning, all aimed at boosting engagement and performance. Roza Alchanati
Senior Leadership Trainer,

Roza is an organizational psychologist (MSc) with over 12 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development (L&D), specializing in executive and organizational leadership training.
As a senior leadership trainer at the KPMG Intelligence Lab, she designs training solutions for leadership roles (C-level, middle management, and first-time managers) targeted towards companies that aim to strengthen their leadership. She facilitates interactive workshops and experiential seminars focused on enhancing leadership skills and cultivating personal leadership profiles.
In parallel, as a licensed psychologist, holding a degree in Psychology and currently training as a therapist in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, she leverages her psychological knowledge and expertise to further guide and develop leaders in positions of responsibility through business coaching sessions and group facilitation, both in small teams and on an individual level.
When she is not training, Roza also acts as a business consultant on topics related to productivity and employee engagement, change management, and the promotion of mental health and well-being in the workplace, combining her background in psychology and consulting.
