The right to education does not meet geographical barriers. We operate all over Greece because our priority is to fulfill our society’s needs.

School Libraries Enrichment

In collaboration with the Hellenic Book Club, KPMG has been creating and enriching lending libraries in schools throughout Greece for over 6 years. This initiative is project of love, culture, and social sensitivity.

The Tipping Point

In collaboration with the NGO "The Tipping Point", KPMG "adopts" a school in Greece and company’s people, from various levels and positions, take on the role of mentor and aim to actively contribute to the preparation of young people, for taking conscious academic and professional decisions regarding the future labor market.

Mentoring with Job Pairs

Since 2014, KPMG people, from all range of services, participate voluntarily as mentors, providing the mentees with specialized advice on the subject they are interested in, as well as, on how to create their CV, and tips about the interview process. Mentors contribute to the creation of an effective career strategy of the mentees. Job-Pairs is under the auspices of the Hellenic Institute for Human Resource Management (ΕΙΜΑΔ) and the Greek People Management Association (ΣΔΑΔΕ).

Educational Seminars for youth with the “EXELIXI ZOIS” organization

The team of consultants of KPMG in Greece, provided educational seminars to teenagers and young adults who are supported by the “EXELIXI ZOIS” organization. KPMG people gave youth job search techniques, practical advice about the job market, and some guidance on how to create a CV, so they become confident enough to manage their professional careers. The educational seminars were implemented in the context of the professional orientation activities organized by the “EXELIXI ZOIS”.
