What motivates you every day?
I am motivated by the cross-sector, solution-orientated implementation of measures to meet new sustainability requirements. We make sure that our customers stay on top of their green and digital transformation.

What does transformation mean to you?
For me, transformation means complying with human rights as well as environmental and social standards throughout a company's entire value chain. This includes, for example, explaining the implications of the carbon border adjustment mechanism or enabling suppliers to calculate the CO2 emissions of products in a legally compliant manner.
How do you make the difference?
I make complex issues understandable and transparent for everyone involved. Together with my colleagues, I accompany every step of a transformation, starting with the design of new corporate processes and providing support right through to the final implementation of a compliance system.
