Competitive Compensation
We offer a highly competitive pay, benchmarked against other market players, which is reviewed annually and takes into account your experience and work performance. Our people are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. And, once having passed the recognized professional examinations, we'll pay a qualification premium to eligible staff.
Leave Package
We offer a generous leave package, which includes:
Annual Leave – to take a break and enjoy some time off to relax.
Study and examination leave - to help you prepare for and pass your professional examinations.
Leave Bank – to let you choose the arrangement of your overtime, which may be paid directly, or saved in a leave bank and taken as additional time off.
