We’re proud to offer our people a culture of flexibility and the support they need to manage personal, family and work commitments. Our firm provides income benefits for birth, four weeks of paid parental leave for new fathers and adoptive parents, and financial assistance for adoption/surrogacy related expenses (to $20,000).
We maintain a Working Parents Network so that parents with young children can come together. A Special Family and Friends Network was also launched to support parents of children with special physical, emotional or behavioural needs.
