KPMG Women’s Forum and first “SHE” Program

At KPMG we are extremely proud of our gender diversity and to have a large number of female colleagues working and leading in different functions throughout the firm. As part of our Firm’s commitment to help in creating pathways for professional advancement for our 100+ female colleagues, we believe empowerment is critical.

To this ambition, we initiated ‘KPMG Women’s Forum’ to act as a platform that will enable our female colleagues to acquire guidance to navigate their professional development and career progress. 

As one of the forum's objectives is to create an open discussion channel for our people, alumnus and industry leaders, we embraced “SHE” Program to connect female employees of KPMG to successful female role models in the industry. 

In the first episode of the “SHE” Program hosted on Thursday, 19 October 2023, we were graced by the presence of our KPMG Alumni, Ms Sabiha Yeasmin, Senior Finance Business Partner, Unilever Bangladesh. We took great inspiration as she shared her career adventure and provided valuable industry insights for career development. We look forward to welcoming many more of our inspiring female professionals in forthcoming “SHE” Program episodes to come and share their experience with us.
