Our Senior Partner, Adeeb H Khan, opened the program warmly welcoming our cohort of new joiners and introducing our practice to them. Later in the program, our partner, Ali Ashfaq, delivered a speech on the importance of IT in our work and ran a very engaging exercise on generative AI.
Our partner, Ashraf Zaman Ali, also discussed on the importance of risk management and the application of KPMG's various global processes to manage the risk in our engagements.
Our new partner, Md Tazul Islam shared encouraging words with our people to inspire them to have an enriching and successful journey with KPMG.
The Induction program would play an important role in educating our fresh team members to the values at KPMG. We look forward to our people working together and using their experience to enhance our services in the coming years.
