Additionally, our internal transformation efforts are focused on our people, ownership equity and creating a more inclusive and diverse workforce who are trained and developed to meet our strategic and operational business objectives. Externally, we engage in activities to transform the communities in which we operate, by supporting and growing enterprises, providing funding for projects, and through our corporate social investment initiatives. Our efforts also extend to enabling human rights, BBBEE empowerment initiatives, engagements with our suppliers and ensuring that we continuously focus on diversifying our supply chain through the support we render to small business and the benefits derived by the communities we impact.
