Brian Horn

Brian is a Partner in the Turnaround team working closely with our Strategy and Performance colleagues on a broad range of engagements. He has over 30 years of management and advisory experience working with Boards and PE sponsors to develop and implement operational turnaround and financial restructuring solutions.

Brian has worked across a wide range of sectors including aviation, aviation services, automotive, retail, consumer products, business services, engineering, real estate and TMT.

He focusses on driving business performance through complex and challenging situations and providing his clients with stakeholder management support.
