Career Catalyst Programme for Polytechnics (C2P2) is a 12-month, full-time work opportunity designed to help polytechnic graduates fast-track their careers and acquire the skills and knowledge needed to become successful auditors.
The opportunity:
- Flexibility: After completing the 12-month C2P2 programme, associates have the flexibility to continue their careers at KPMG with a fast-tracked progression or explore other opportunities
- Fast-Tracked Progression: Associates who stay and complete a second year with us will advance to a 2nd year graduate associate or a senior associate position, depending on performance
- Training and Mentorship: Work closely with experienced professionals on real client engagements
- Focus on Upskilling: Receive full sponsorship for the Singapore Chartered Accountant (SCA) Foundation Programme through ISCA’s Polytechnic Pathway Programme, with five days of study leave per paper
Eligibility:
- Applicants must hold a Diploma in Accountancy from a local polytechnic
- Applicants must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in professional services and strong willingness to learn

Students who are enlisting are encouraged to apply for the programme in their ORD year as we are unable to reserve job opportunities for 2 year in advance.
The programme is not offered on a part-time basis. This programme is for graduates who are looking for 1-year full-time work experience before university.
