The Ministerial Order no. 362/2019 of 9 October was published yesterday in the Official Gazette (“Diário da República”). This Ministerial Order updates the currency devaluation coefficients to be applied to the acquisition value of goods and rights disposed during 2019, which value must be updated under the terms of current legislation.
