Krzysztof Wojciechowski has vast experience and advises Clients in all matters concerning real estate and investment process, in particular: negotiating construction contracts, development management contracts, contracts with designers, agreements for the provision of advisory and monitoring services; preparing lease strategies, negotiating lease agreements and asset management agreements; handling disputable cases related to real estate and construction contracts; negotiating financial documentation and collaterals; purchase of real estate located in Poland for industrial use and construction of city shopping centres and office buildings; coordinating real estate purchase in Central and Eastern Europe; providing advice on administrative proceedings aimed at obtaining a construction permit and/or development conditions; representing Clients before administrative authorities in cases related to investment process; representing contractors in matters concerning construction of roads, motorways and other line facilities. Krzysztof Wojciechowski was gaining his experience in the field of finance and banking working as a broker at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (at present Citigroup member) and as a lawyer at investment funds company ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. Between 2010 and 2013 he advised banks and branches of credit institutions on supervisory requirements concerning running and restructuring business activity in Poland. Krzysztof acts as advisor to entrepreneurs carrying out leasing activity. Between 2010 and 2013 he conducted at least 3 transactions involving debt restructuring and distressed asset transfer.
