Renata Pięta-Mintus

Between 1994 and 1998 Renata worked in the Tax Audit Office in Poznań. Between 1998 and 1999 she worked in the tax department in PricewaterhouseCoopers, subsequently joining KPMG in 1999. She advises both Polish and foreign companies. She is involved in advisory with respect to corporate income tax (CIT), value added tax (VAT) and personal income tax (PIT). Renata has carried out numerous projects concerning international tax. She advises clients in the reorganization processes concerning groups of entities, including mergers, acquisitions, allocations, and tax capital groups. She has been in charge of projects concerning mergers and acquisitions, as well as due diligence. She has represented clients before tax authorities and administrative courts. Renata is the author of articles in various Polish publications such as ’Przegląd Podatkowy‘, ’Monitor Podatkowy‘, ’Rzeczpospolita,‘ and ’Puls Biznesu‘. She has participated in numerous trainings within the field of tax legislation, both Polish and foreign, including the Tax Academy in Amsterdam.
