Anna Wiącek-Kocot joined KPMG in 2026 as a Partner responsible for the development of technology advisory services in Poland and the CEE region.
She is an expert with over 25 years of experience in strategic and technology consulting, IT transformation, and the management of large-scale digitization programs and core system implementations. She specializes in the financial services sector and has also worked for major organizations in the healthcare, media, and public sectors.
Before joining KPMG, she held management positions at BCG Platinion, Deloitte, Accenture, and in the Polish banking sector. She designed, executed, and oversaw numerous projects involving the modernization of IT architecture, the development and scaling of data platforms, and the implementation of core, omnichannel, and sales systems. She has led projects focused on IT function transformation, modernizing work methods, and creating modern software development environments. She has managed bank merger processes—from the due diligence stage through to the full operationalization of integration programs.
She is an active mentor supporting the advancement of women in technology and the development of a new generation of leaders.
