Iwona is a qualified Charted Accountant with significant professional experience gained during realisation of various advisory and audit engagements in both Poland and the UK. Projects led by Iwona include transaction services engagements such as financial due diligence, share purchase agreement assistance (SPA), transaction completion procedures, separation/carve-out assistance, post-merger integration support and other deal strategy projects as well as forensic advisory projects e.g. investigations, Corporate Intelligence, Anti-Money Laundering projects, dispute resolution engagements. Iwona’s professional experience includes working for clients from many different sectors. Currently Iwona is the Head of Forensic and Dispute Services team in KPMG in Poland. Iwona joined KPMG in 2000.
