Mirek is a Partner at KPMG and leads the firm’s Automotive Group as well as the local offices in Kraków and Katowice. Mirek specializes in tax advisory in the field of CIT, VAT and PIT. In the course of his career he has been responsible for a large number of projects related to international tax law and fusions (including due diligence projects). He also advised clients clients during privatization processes and group reorganizations (restructuring, fusions, separations, tax capital groups). Among Mirek’s clients are both Polish and foreign companies – his expertise includes advisory for companies from the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors, as well as support in relation to business activity in Special Economic Zones. Mirek is the co-author of several publications on the automotive sector published jointly by KPMG and the Polish Automotive Industry Association.
