      Dariusz Malinowski joined KPMG in 1998. He is Head of the Tax litigation group and specializes in representing clients in all kinds of litigation proceedings with respect to taxes and other public levies, before tax authorities and courts. He also supervises projects concerning management of risks resulting from fiscal-criminal law and the law on liability of collective entities.
