      Janek

Thanks to World of Audit, I had the opportunity to gain a better understanding of what an auditor's job entails and expand my knowledge through engaging case studies. What I appreciated most was the high quality of the workshops. On my first project, I joined an amazing team that provided me with great support. Every task was thoroughly discussed, and the "speak up" culture made me feel comfortable asking questions and sharing my insights, allowing me to contribute creatively to the project. I work in both Polish and English and participate in projects based on PAS, IFRS, and USPCAOB accounting standards.

      Martyna

I joined the Consumer Markets Audit team as an Associate I, and during my first month, I participated in an Induction training that prepared me for my first project. On a daily basis, I take part in audit procedures, analyze financial documentation, and verify the data in clients’ financial statements. What I value most is the substantive testing phase, as it provides an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of different organizations and their key processes. Every project brings new challenges and the chance to learn about a wide range of industries – commercial real estate, pharmaceutical companies or state-owned enterprises. This diversity makes a career in audit so interesting and enriching for me.
