      Radek

      I support clients in the transformation of ‘back office’ functions in the areas of finance and accounting, HR, IT, supply chain management, as well as real estate management. The transformation concerns the centralisation and standardisation of processes to a Shared Service Centre model. I manage the SSO team and have been working in business consulting for a dozen years now and there is constantly something exciting happening here. The project that was most memorable for me was the design of a business function operating model for the largest gold and aluminium miner in Saudi Arabia. Visiting the client was a valuable professional and cultural experience.

      I am a deputy director in the Finance team. During my more than 6 years of working for the company, I have participated in numerous trainings, including in Frankfurt and Paris, on financial modeling. My greatest satisfaction came from a project for a client in the logistics industry, which we supported in the restructuring of financial dept. It was 2 years of hard work, which would not have been successful without such ambitious and committed people.
