Zeeshan Rashid

Zeeshan is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and has a substantial experience of twenty years in the audit function. He possesses sound technical knowledge, ability to identify key issues and leverage supports from all other functions for their resolution.

He holds diversified exposure in most of the sectors of the economy. He shares a healthy relationship with all the partners and directors of the firm which harness that he can effectively acquire their support as and when required. His versatility in maintaining good relationship with senior management of clients is commendable. Zeeshan has ability and experience to implement new KPMG projects related to audit and assurance. Zeeshan has been responsible for the audits of various large multinational and local banks financials sector entities, including Habib Bank Limited, National Bank of Pakistan, United Bank Limited, Bank Al-Falah Limited, Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited, Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited, EFU Life Assurance Limited, HBL Mutual Funds, UBL Mutual Funds, TRG Pakistan Limited, Emaar Giga Karachi Limited, Roche Pakistan Limited, DHL Pakistan (Private) Limited etc. Zeeshan has extensive experience of auditing both in Pakistan and in the Middle East.

He is well conversant with the IFRS, corporate laws, banking laws and rules, Insurance rules and regulations, tax laws, foreign exchange regulations, regulatory environment and framework, etc. He is also part of Department of Professional Practices (DPP) – the technical department of the Firm and Country Leader of System of Quality Management (SoQM), which guides the audit teams in reaching appropriate conclusion in their audit engagements.
