Perry Woolley has a wide variety of project management, systems development, implementation and IT consulting experience, for a broad range of clients across many industry sectors, including Government, FMCG, healthcare and retail. He has been responsible for the analysis, design & implementation of projects with strategic importance for organisations, and is also very experienced in change management programmes, and cultural impact of business systems implementation, including pan-European, Americas and New Zealand scope. Perry has managed many large-scale ERP implementations, many with multi-national and global scopes. Many of these have incorporated related business transformations, including establishment of shared-service business process models (some offshore), and also the use of offshore delivery capability, and rollout of global ‘template’ ERP configurations.
