KPMG in New Zealand

Anna is based in our Auckland office in the KPMG Impact Sustainable Value team and is the ESG banking, technology and digitisation lead. She has over 25 years of professional services experience, advising some of the largest companies globally from her time in finance, climate change and sustainability, across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Anna joined KPMG in 2023 from the NZ Government where she led the delivery of national climate change initiatives in energy and transport. She is passionate about supporting the unique role of government and finance in mobilising Aotearoa NZ's transition to a low carbon, climate resilient, nature positive future, that supports the wellbeing of current and future generations.

Anna works within KPMG Impact to provide innovative ESG solutions at the intersection of sustainability, digitisation and new technologies, to help our clients navigate the dual global challenges of climate change and the degradation of nature. This can involve embarking on a process to deliver long term decarbonisation, improving strategic resilience, or sustainable reinvention of an entire business model. Ultimately, it’s about co-designing the multiple approaches our clients need to navigate their organisation towards a credible long term climate change transition pathway.
