Grant Polson

Director – On Farm Agribusiness

Christchurch

KPMG in New Zealand

Grant is a Director in our Ashburton office with connections across the wider Canterbury region. Grant grew up with a rural background and enjoys building strong relationships with farming clients across sectors. He enjoys working closely alongside his clients, helping them to understand their business better and to work with them to achieve their goals.

Prior to joining KPMG, Grant worked for a major NZ bank as a Rural Manager covering a range of business types and sizes over the wider Canterbury region. Given his background in rural financing, Grant understands the importance of rural businesses being able to develop and articulate business strategy to stakeholders. Importantly, Grant can then assist his clients to execute their strategy whilst also helping them navigate the sometimes turbulent waters that the ever changing rural markets can encounter.

Outside of work, Grant is usually busy with his wife following the pursuits of their four young children, while he likes to play golf when possible and following rugby.

Should you have any queries as to how Grant could help you, please do not hesitate to contact him or the office to discuss.
