Ed is a partner with KPMG in Wellington specialising in audit services. He has more than 13 years of experience providing financial statement audit, audits of internal control and other assurance related expertise. Ed joined KPMG in 2001 and was appointed a partner in January 2014. He is a chartered accountant and graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration and Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting.
Ed has gained considerable knowledge in a wide range of industries while working in New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States of America. Ed currently provides audit and related services to a range of clients in the infrastructure, telecommunications, oil and gas and healthcare sectors. Ed has significant experience outside of statutory audits, including Telecom’s regulatory separation audits in 2009 and 2010, Chorus’ regulatory audits in 2013 as well as a significant advisory project relating to the Rugby World Cup held in New Zealand.
