Andre Lemon

Andre joined KPMG having gained six years of broad debt structuring experience, focused largely on providing long-term debt structures to businesses seeking to complete significant milestones. His transaction history includes SME and large corporate deals in both New Zealand and the UK across a range of industries and unique structures. 

Andre is a CFA Charterholder and his work experience includes time at a London-based fintech in the Transactions team, alongside several years in a NZ-based Bank’s Leveraged & Acquisition Finance and Institutional Banking teams. During his career, Andre has been responsible for leading transaction processes from origination through to execution, including detailed investment analysis, deal structuring, legal negotiation and portfolio management.
