Nick specialises in helping clients reimagine tax. He takes a holistic look at how technology and innovation can be leveraged to elevate their tax functions, reduce cost, improve efficiencies, and unlock value. When reimagining tax, Nick draws on his extensive experience advising large New Zealand and multinational enterprises of their tax obligations and helping them realise the benefits of optimising their tax functions.
Nick enjoys working alongside clients to understand their tax and compliance needs and uses his technical expertise to help them solve complex commercial issues. Many of his clients are large New Zealand, Australian and international companies and are from a mix of industries including financial services, construction and property.
Nick joined KPMG in 2006 and has over 13 years’ experience advising on tax related matters. He draws upon his experience having worked in the United Kingdom prior to KPMG in in-house financial and management accounting roles. The in-house client perspective experience brings a practical and commercial lens to his advice.
