Robert Grignon

Robert is a director in Auckland's Tax division. He has a wealth of experience advising clients on a wider range of New Zealand tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions (structuring, due diligence and SPA negotiations), cross-border investments, property taxation, employee share schemes, tax disputes and post-settlement iwi corporate structuring.
