Michael is a Partner within KPMG’s Deal Advisory team and is based in Wellington. He has more than 13 years’ of professional experience advising clients spanning a wide range of sectors. Michael specialises in investment advisory and corporate advisory projects including valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financing and due diligence work. He combines his technical expertise and strong relationship skills to ensure clients consistently receive deal support and strategy advice of the highest quality, providing clients the confidence to make the right decisions. Michael has specialist knowledge in the energy, infrastructure, financial services, transport, agribusiness and consumer goods sectors.
