Andrew joined KPMG in 2015 after starting his career at the New Zealand Treasury and as a Ministerial private secretary. His work primarily focuses on infrastructure and housing, business case development, investment decision making and government funding reviews. He particularly enjoys work at the interface of social policy and commercial issues.
