Adele is an Associate Director in KPMG’s Auckland practice, specialising in retail banking compliance and conduct risk. Adele joined the team from KPMG UK and brings with her valuable global insight and a rich range of practical experience in effective and sustainable approaches to conduct risk management and remediation. Adele has supported a number of clients across New Zealand, Australia, the UK and South Africa with their approach to conduct and response to regulatory investigations. In particular Adele has worked with big 4 UK banks on the design and implementation of their Conduct Risk Frameworks and led engagements in NZ on rural sales of derivatives. Adele has contributed to several publications and conferences regarding practical approaches to conduct and her opinion that customer centricity is the driver of innovation and customer advocacy
