Ben has over 10 years’ experience providing trusted strategic advice across private and public sector executives across strategy, operations, change management, transformation, and programme/ project management.
Ben has led large-scale and complex organisational change programmes, with a focus on sustainable outcomes for customers / citizens. Ben is a leader in our Operating Model design and implementation team – ensuring change is bought into, well managed, sustainable, and future-proofed without being overwhelming.
Ben has a deep understanding of the machinery of government having delivered across most government organisations, with deep experience in the National Defence and Security Sector as our Account Sector Driver.
