Cath joined the KPMG partnership in October 2024 to lead the firm's actuarial practice. She joined the New Zealand firm after 16 years at KPMG Australia within the actuarial and insurance risk team, prior to which she worked in insurance organisations on both sides of the Tasman.
She has extensive experience in advising organisations by modelling and quantifying their risk exposures, from insurance and retirement scheme liabilities through to advising cemeteries on how much they should be putting aside now to fund their maintenance requirements in perpetuity.
