Tracy is a Partner within the Private Enterprise team in our Tauranga office and a member of our National Board. Tracy joined KPMG in 1998 and became the first female Partner in the Tauranga office in 2011. A key advisor on compliance and advisory matters, Tracy has worked across a wide variety of businesses and industries and is as comfortable with operations as she is with strategy. More than anything, Tracy is passionate about working with clients to grow their businesses in both the short and long-term and is an expert at identifying opportunities at every stage of the business cycle.
