Rachel is a Tax Partner in our New Zealand tax practice and has over 20 years’ experience advising on tax matters for a wide range of clients. She has a particular focus on the financial services, real estate and forestry sectors and has assisted a number of New Zealand Stock Exchange listed clients with acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Rachel’s clients include several of the listed property entities where she has worked closely with this industry for a number of years, as well as multi-national organisations. In addition, Rachel has a particular interest in tax policy matters and was previously the specialist tax partner in our compliance team. Rachel is also a regular presenter at tax conferences. She has an excellent reputation for her technical skills, problem solving capability, and has a strong focus on service delivery.
