Simon is a Technical Director in KPMG's Accounting Advisory Services team based in Wellington and provides accounting advice to a wide range of clients. He has a particular interest in accounting issues facing public sector and not-for-profit entities. Simon joined KPMG in January 2007 after five years at the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand where he was the Director - Accounting Standards. In this role Simon worked for the Financial Reporting Standards Board (FRSB) and had specific responsibility for the Public Benefit Entity Working Group.
