Lisa advises on a broad range of employment tax issues, assists companies to manage their globally mobile workforces and individuals to successfully navigate and deal with their personal income tax obligations. She also assists corporates with the tax implications of employee share schemes and supports them in developing employee share schemes that meet the strategic objectives of the business whilst achieving desired tax outcomes and meeting compliance obligations for both the company and participants.
