Kelly is a Associate Director in our tax practice based in our Christchurch office. She has over 16 years’ corporate tax compliance and consulting experience working in New Zealand and the UK. Kelly is focused on assisting clients to evaluate the tax consequences of specific issues and opportunities including acquisitions, the impact of new legislation and restructuring. She also proactively works with clients to streamline and manage their tax affairs.
