Jordan is a Partner in the corporate tax practice, specialising in providing tax advice to clients in the real estate sector as well as tax deal advisory services (including buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and structuring advice) to New Zealand based clients, large multinational groups, and private equity funds.
Jordan has broad experience advising both listed and unlisted property groups, land developers, large privately owned groups and a range of large and medium sized corporates in the consumer, construction and education sectors.
