Natalie is a Director in our Tauranga tax practice and has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on corporate tax matters, compliance and mergers and acquisition transactions. Her experience covers a broad spectrum of industries, including agriculture, energy and natural resources, infrastructure, financial services, and crown owned entities. Natalie’s current client base spans both large corporate entities and medium sized businesses in the local Bay of Plenty area. She also works closely with our Private Enterprise team to provide tax advice and assistance such as restructures and property development advice to privately owned family business. Outside of work, Natalie is the Chairperson for the ExportNZ Bay of Plenty Executive Committee.
