      With over 28 years in professional services, Kay brings deep expertise and a global perspective to the Financial Services Sector.

      Kay’s career at KPMG has spanned leadership roles including Head of Insurance, National Industry Leader for Financial Services, Partner in Charge of Financial Services Audit, and most recently National Managing Partner – Brand & Growth, before returning to Audit.

      Kay joined KPMG in 1999 as a newly qualified Chartered Accountant and spent seven years in Bermuda working in a US GAAP/GAAS environment with clients ranging from single-parent captives to publicly listed reinsurers.

      Since relocating to Auckland in 2006, Kay’s continued to focus predominately on the Financial Services Sector working alongside Insurance, Wealth, and Banking organisations.

      Passionate about inclusion and diversity, Kay believes that when people can bring their whole selves to work, we foster innovation and inspire confidence. Her international experience across Scotland, Bermuda, and New Zealand has shaped a pragmatic, collaborative approach to leading multi-disciplinary global teams.

      Outside of work, Kay is a proud mum to twins, Lily and Lochlan, and wife to Steven.
