Emma is a Partner in the Wellington tax practice of KPMG, specialising in business restructures and mergers and acquisitions transactions in a variety of sectors. She manages the tax compliance obligations for a number of New Zealand and international clients with exposure to a wide range of issues. Emma's clients include businesses in oil and gas, banking and finance, property, forestry and retail. Having been with KPMG for over 11 years, Emma is highly regarded amongst her clients. She has a keen interest in infrastructure and is the Chair for the Women's Infrastructure Network New Zealand Wellington branch.
