KPMG is committed to ensuring the overall health and wellness of our people, including having good ‘mental health fitness’.
Some of the ways in which we support this include:
- Up to 15 days of Wellbeing Leave per year – recognising that health circumstances extend beyond physical illness or injury, and ensures that when our people are unwell or run down that they have the opportunity to recuperate
- Access to free wellbeing and counselling services through our partnership with Clearhead – including an AI-enabled digital wellness assistant, self-help tools and resources, and independent professional counselling services available for our people and their families
- Wellness and Contemplation rooms in each office – a welcoming space available for prayer, meditation, or to just take a moment to pause
- Flu Vaccinations – offered annually on-site and free of charge
- Opportunities to connect – through our local social clubs, all-office events, affinity networks, green team, citizenship/volunteering activities, sponsored sports teams and regular wellbeing challenges.
