Dave's philosophy is one of proactive collaboration with management and the board so that we work openly and effectively together to navigate the challenges our clients face.
He is a partner with KPMG in Norway working mainly out of Oslo and has his roots in The Netherlands where he joined KPMG in 2004. He has gained extensive experience in working with complex cross-border engagements and with managing international (inter-disciplinary) engagements, coordinating international group audits, and doing business in an international multi-cultural environment.
Dave works with our largest and most complex clients and has many years of experience in auditing listed entities in The Netherlands, Norway and United States of America. He is hands-on, pragmatic and an excellent sparring partner. He has extensive experience working with globally operating entities in the offshore energy and technology space. His reference clients include among others Equinor ASA, Sasol Inc, OMV AG, Hafnia, TGS ASA, BW Offshore Limited and Opera Limited. Dave also has significant experience with sustainability assurance for a variety of entities.
Furthermore, Dave developed expertise in acquisitions and divestments projects (including due diligence engagements), refinancing/ debt offering, IPO’s (initial public offerings) and various IFRS/ USGAAP projects. Dave has worked on various international assignments to Houston and New York and worked part-time for KPMG's Department of Professional Practise.
