Each employee gets an annual training budget, which allows them to match their ambitions to their development. In doing this, they are supported by colleagues, their Development Manager and a trainer.

Pro bono engagements

Through our pro bono program, each employee is given the opportunity to contribute, during working hours, to a sustainable and fair world. As part of this program, we use our skills and expertise to support foundations and social enterprises in realizing their strategic and operational goals. Colleagues may join our own pro bono projects, but can also themselves come up with organizations that could benefit from our knowledge and skills. This program gives our employees a chance to develop new skills and gain more experience. It also provides opportunities to build networks and business relationships in different sectors.
