That is why we offer our employees various opportunities to continuously develop themselves, both professionally and personally.

Each employee gets an annual training budget, which allows them to match their ambitions to their development. In doing this, they are supported by colleagues, their Development Manager and a trainer.

We provide many different trainings, study programs, courses and workshops to ensure all colleagues are given equal opportunities to develop themselves. This could be in areas such as digital transformation and sustainability, but there also are training courses to support employees with interviewing techniques and advisory skills, giving good presentations and improving their work-life balance.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing the world we live in, affecting many aspects of daily life, business and society. We help organizations to harness the transformative power of AI, putting ethical and responsible use first. Our employees can choose to specialize in the field of AI. Naturally, to increase our own efficiency and productivity, we ourselves also work with AI tools and train our own people to do so in an ethical and responsible manner.

Supporting our clients in their transition to sustainability is the most powerful tool we have to drive change and truly help society move forward. To achieve our clients’ Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) ambitions, we offer our employees various study programs on this subject.

Through our pro bono program, each employee is given the opportunity to contribute, during working hours, to a sustainable and fair world. As part of this program, we use our skills and expertise to support foundations and social enterprises in realizing their strategic and operational goals. Colleagues may join our own pro bono projects, but can also themselves come up with organizations that could benefit from our knowledge and skills. This program gives our employees a chance to develop new skills and gain more experience. It also provides opportunities to build networks and business relationships in different sectors.
