KPMG’s Deal Advisory team provides due diligence analysis to clients in M&A transactions, strategy and business development situations and valuation services helping companies from various industries to make informed value-adding decisions and meet regulatory requirements.

What will you do?
- Take active part in analyzing the performance of businesses, valuing companies and real estate assets, and developing financial models
- Proactively support market research and business development activities of the senior team to assist in identifying potential transactions and potential investors/buyers
- Provide support in go-to-market activities such as drafting proposals ad industry and company research
- Work on cross-border projects across a wide range of industries and markets as part of a multidisciplinary team of transaction professionals
What are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: audit, financial planning and analysis, transaction advisory, valuation, M&A, or other relevant experience
- Relevant University degree
- Previous exposure to financial analysis, valuation and modelling
- Ability to connect business information with operational and accounting data
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Macedonian
- Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
