Deutsche Börse (“Xetra”) announced the launch of its eListing platform for ETFs and ETPs, available for the submission of ETF and ETP applications effective 5 August 2026. The ETF & ETP module is available within the same environment as the existing eListing platform used for applications for admission to the regulated market.

To access the new functionality, user rights must be assigned for one of the following roles:

      • eListing ETF/ETP Administrator
      • eListing ETF/ETP Agent

Applications may be submitted either directly by the issuer or by an authorized third party on the issuer’s behalf.

Third parties are required to submit their new powers of attorney electronically through the platform before they can submit applications. The new delegation form can be downloaded from the eListing platform.

Detailed guidance is provided in the user handbook published by Xetra.

The platform also supports the submission of applications manually or via upload using the application template provided by Xetra.

A summary of the key changes affecting issuers is set out below, including:

      • ETF and ETP applications are now submitted through the new eListing platform.
      • Issuers must ensure the required user rights are established for the relevant eListing role.

      • Third parties must submit their new power of attorney electronically before they can submit applications.
