The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (the FSCA) has amended Schedules 2,3 and 5 of the Financial Sector and Deposit Insurance Levies Act 2022, providing an updated levies Schedule for 2026 with the issuance of Notice 53742 of 2025.

For foreign collective investment schemes, the revision means that the levies, which are paid in four quarterly installments, will increase slightly.

Below are the current applicable levies per quarter:

As a reminder, these fees are payable in four quarterly installments on or before 31 July, 30 September, 31 December and 31 March of the levy year. The variable sum is calculated based on provided statistics, which are to be submitted to the Authority within 30 days after the end of the preceding quarter.
