      On 27 January, resolution no. 23799 of the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) was published in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic. This resolution lays out the supervisory contribution amounts for the 2026 financial year.

      All regulatory fees applicable to foreign AIFs and UCITS funds authorized for distribution in Italy as of 2 January 2026 have been harmonized to a single fee of the same amount. These fees are as follows: 


      The annual supervisory fees shall be paid upon receipt of CONSOB’s payment notice no later than April 15, 2026. The CONSOB will send payment notices 20 days before the deadline in accordance with the fee report submitted in January.
