      On 24 January, resolution n. 23352 of the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) was published in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic. This resolution lays out the supervisory contribution amounts for the 2025 financial year.

      All the regulatory fees, which apply to foreign AIFs and UCITS funds that are authorized for distribution in Italy as of 2 January 2025, were slightly increased and are as follows:

      Foreign UCITS/ELTIF* with subscribers residing in Italy and that were closed for subscription before 2 January 2025

      Foreign AIF distributed to professional investors

      EUR 1,110.00

      Foreign AIF distributed to the public

      EUR 2,180.00

      *ELTIF (European Long-Term Investment Fund) is a specific type of AIF.

      The annual supervisory fees were due to CONSOB by 15 April 2025, following the issuance of payment notices. These notices were dispatched by the authority within 20 days prior to the due date and were sent to the designated contact persons indicated in the fee reports submitted in January.
