Isle of Man: Revised Fees for Foreign Fund Registration
Effective 1 April 2025, the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (IOMFSA) updated the fees applicable to foreign funds recognised in the jurisdiction.
Below are the revised fee structures:

These changes reflect the regulatory adjustments implemented by the IOMFSA to ensure compliance with evolving financial oversight requirements (foreseen in the Collective Investment Schemes (Fees) Order 2023) (PDF, 0.7MB).
